Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! We have customers all over the world and routinely send orders to Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and more!

We constantly monitor our international shipping rates and prioritize low cost (and reliable) carriers to save you money.

How quickly do you ship?

We ship most orders within 1-3 business days. During peak season it may be slightly longer. As soon as your order is completed you'll get an email with tracking information.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in Zengineer's ACTUAL workshop, in British Columbia, Canada. Our products are made using high quality materials and high-end 3D printers.

How are your products made?

The majority of our products are 3D printed on state of the art FDM printers. We use a strong flexible plastic (PETG) rather than less expensive options.

PETG has good chemical resistance, holds up well to grease, oils and many solvents used in a workshop environment. It can be cleaned using isopropyl alcohol.

Are your magnets strong?

We buy all our magnets directly from the manufacturer, to our specifications. They are STRONG. We use larger and stronger magnets than are necessary intentionally. Sometimes it means our products cost more than others, but also means that you don't have to worry about performance in your application.

Do you accommodate custom orders?

Yes, though with some limitations depending on what you are looking for. Don't hesitate to ask via our Contact Us page.

My order says it's delivered but I can't find it!

If your tracking says your order has been delivered, but you haven't seen it, there a few steps to take.

1) Check with family/neighbours to see if they picked it up.

2) Check to see if it was left in an inconspicuous spot near the front door or gate, often behind planters, pillars, etc.

3) Wait 24-48 hours to see if the carrier has marked it as delivered, but not actually delivered it.

If you've completed these steps and still can't locate your package, Contact Us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

My items arrived broken, now what?

Sometimes no matter how well we pack things they don't survive the rigours of shipping.

If you item has arrived damaged please Contact Us with a detailed description and some photographs of the damage and we'll get a replacement to you quickly.

What's your return policy?

We want every customer to have an experience they are happy with. If something about your purchase isn't right, please reach out and let us know.

We ask for returns to be shipped back to us in the same condition you received it. Once we receive the return in the original condition we'll refund you. Please Contact Us to inform us of your return before sending it.

Please note that international shipments must be marked as a return or gift, so that they do not have additional taxes or customs fees charged to us for the return.
