Shipping policy

Where possible we use tracked shipping and immediately provide detailed tracking information. Products are shipped DDP (Tariff prepaid/exempt) to the USA. We cannot take responsibility for the timelines of the shipping services once our products leave our hands, but will always work with our customers to resolve issues.
